I drink mainly water myself. The sparkling water is a good idea, but knowing my wife, she has to have regular Pepsi.My wife is actually taking Relacore, not CortaSlim, as I previously wrote, as most of her fat is in her mid section, but like I said before I don't see any difference. Perhaps, it is too soon (3 weeks) to see any difference. I doubt it though, as she works long hours sitting in the office and gets no real physical exercise. She used to walk with me everyday, but the last couple of years she has not. Thanks for the info.
