Depression is a complex disorder, and you may not be addressing all of the possible causes of the symptoms, or the symptoms may arise indirectly (i.e. by something affecting something which affects something else).
I don't know what else she's doing, but make sure she take a B-complex, and starts adding in some fish oil, and antioxidants (vitamin C, E, selenium).
