I hope you don't mind me asking, what mental health problems do you have? I know you used to drink too much but not anymore, I know you suffer from insomnia, I think you may also suffer from depression but I'm not sure. I vaguely remember that you've had some bad reactions to drugs, possibly SSRIs at 'standard' doses.
I read many of your posts, you help people a lot. I don't know much about *you* though.
