Larry, do you take your omega-3 and omego-6 oils in a combination pill/capsule, or do you take them separately? If taken separately, what ratio of omega 3:6 do you use?

By the way, I'm sure you are aware of this possible problem, but I'll mention it anyway. I read on WholeHealthMD.com that evening primrose oil is usually preferred over borage as a source of GLA because the leaves and flowers of borage contain substances known as pyrrolizidine alkaloids that have the potential for liver toxicity.
