Just follow the directions in the Manual.
You don't necessarily need the CD's etc.
The CD's contain dozens of filmed seminars and one-on-one's showing amazing results in just minutes. The thing about this technique is that you can try it on anything..... traumas.... fears.... smoking.... weight loss.... etc
Have a good read at the www.emofree.com site under the heading "EFT at work" . Also, read the "Phone transcripts" under the Resources and Support section.
