I don't know about importing it but there a ton of recipes and the active ingredients are apparently easy to cultivate. There is a guy near me that will sell you finished product, kits or starters of the plants. At least that is what his page says, along with 1000 simular ones. I've never tried it myself but it's supposed to be a no-brainer to make.
