It sounds like bulk inositol should be ingestible for me, and probably better than the capsules. The smell/taste of the clear vegetarian capsules make me want to gag. Haven't yet found a food or taste combo to disguise lecithin granules enough. It's ridiculous. Okay, maybe I need more intense chocolate flavor to do it.

You can obtain empty capsules fairly readily, and simple devices to help you fill them efficiently. I also get some chocolate soy milk or something similar and just make up a witch's brew in the blender. It isn't too revolting that way.
