> I recently bought Source Naturals NKO Krill Oil gel caps. It has a very strong fishy odor that is noticable just by opening the bottle. After taking some I have to wash my hands otherwise I smell like fish bait. Is this normal? Could it be rancid? Also I'd be interested in hearing anyone's general experiences with Krill Oil. Thanks!!

Sorry, no experience with it. With the extra cost involved (compared to fish oil), and your heads up about the fishy thing, I'm not likely to rush out and give it a whirl.

It's always a possibility that you didn't get a fresh batch, or that the bottle you got wasn't handled properly during distribution. It's a perishable commodity.
