Hey guys... thanks for the feedback :)
I take 400 mg of magnesium a day (not magnesium oxide - a combination of different forms) and 25 mg of dhea... Tribulus terrestris is an herb called puncture vine - if you live in CA, you may have seen it -little horrible spiky seedballs that stab you in the foot :( It helps raise luteinizing hormone, increasing testosterone (and estrogen I think), but not beyond yor body's own limits. For years, I always assumed my problems were due to neurotransmitters alone, but I must have low testosterone too, because tribulus helps alot... St. Johns wort worked for me, but I had stomach problems and bad skin sensitivity to the sun... I worked outside in CA, so this became serious after a while (blisters where I got too much sun... and sunscreen didn't help either) Has anyone heard of mimosa tree (albizia julibrissin) as a treatment for depression and anxiety? I know it's used in chinese medicine (called the happiness tree), but I can't find information about its active ingredients or anything. It would be great if it worked because it grows out of control where I live (Alabama). Thanks- Later
