Yes, I have the same question. I may be about to try SAM-e for very severe depression with extreme anxiety. I am bipolar, but have spoken to Dr. Richard Brown who wrote a book about SAM-e who told me that the risk of inducing mania in my case was fairly low since I have been on tryclics that did nothing -- no mania, no help.

Would very much like to hear other people's SAM-e experiences.
