Tribestan (tribulus for sex drive)..help needed

Anyone know any caveats concerning this stuff:

I've been taking it for a couple weeks and have noticed much better erections (easier to get it up and maintain) as well as a definite big boost to sex drive.

Should I be wary of this substance? Seems to work great (I've been diagnosed with low testosterone, for my age..). Thanks,
