The best way is diet as B-complex vitamins are actually a group of eight vitamins, which include thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12), pantothenic acid and biotin. Fish green veggies, beans, whole grains ...etc ...I sometimes pop extra B-complex but take it alone and not with other vitamins as in a multi-vitamin...You have to read the labels to make sure they have ALL the vitamins not most of the complex I get mine at GNC...B12 is best by injection
