Yeah sure -

other stuff I'm taking is:

magnesium chelate 100mg x 3 daily
inositol 500mg x 6 daily
niacinamide 500mg x 3 daily
B-50 complex x 1 daily
fish oil 1000mg x 3-4 daily
multi x 1 daily
Bioendurance (ALC, ALA, COQ10) x 1 daily (split into thirds)
vitamin C 1000mg x 2 daily
gaba 750mg x 1 daily at night
valerian complex x 2 daily at night
milk thistle standardized x 3 daily
Siberian Ginseng 28:1 extract as needed

I also drink various herbal teas in an attempt to clear up my acne and eczema; and also to avoid the dreaded coffee, which just makes things worse!

The most important stuff out of the above is the B vitamins to support the tryptophan turning into serotonin, the magnesium to help with the anxiety, and the inositol and fish oil to support the whole process in my brain. The bioendurance is great for my concentration as well.

I think that's enough stuff.
