Feeling impulsive? Like there is no tommorrow, that you must act now, no turning back...
Try not to do anything you'll later regret... of course if you are dead, you won't be able to regret it. Bah.
Lets see...
The feeling of depression is overwhelming, and it is hard to imagine that you will one day be past it.
My depression was caused by being bullied constantly, and stuck in a noisy, hot, frustrating environment at home, hating noise and heat greatly.
But, after my parents finally got a working air conditioning that didn't break down on regular occassions, and I got past the school years I was forced to go to class with bullies, it got better.
Is there anything you look forward to? Going camping with a Boy Scout troop, or some sort of entertainment media? I used to look forward to the monthly camping trips my scout troop went out. Having something, anything to look forward to, in the otherwise seemingly hopeless and pointless future is important. Even a tiny bit of light in the otherwise dark void of your abysmal life.... hmmm... well, then again I didn't have any friends I hung out with, being antisocial and all. Perhaps you have someone you can talk to in person, if you are the social type.
Does your life seem hopeless without direction, without any point to it all? It will get better, eventually.
And no matter how much life sucks, its still got to be better than death.
I'm trying to help but not sure if I'm able.
Just wanted to say, been there, done that, got better in the end, please don't let some bad thing set you off and push you over the edge. Think about those that care about you and how horrible that would make them feel. Try to find something to look forward to in life.
Look at this picture I found in someone's sig file on my game maker's forum, and laugh at the penguins.
