GAD, brain chemicals!can u clever ones help?

i have GAD and was just wondering what brain chemicals are associated with GAD? sorry i dont know much about this! is it low or too high serotonin? as i want to know what supplements i need to take!
and is SJW any good for GAD, providing GAD is a serotonin issue.
