I know that sounds odd, but it appears much of the 'poop-out' people talk about is simply just that...down-regulation. I will keep experimenting, but just with a tiny amount...and report back.

I think it might be more than down-regulation, ssri keep serotinon in the synaptic gap for longer periods allow more serotinon to be destroyed by MOA hence resulting in less serotinon in the body
