> Has anyone had sucess with light therapy during the dark months of the year? Or the overly rainly times when there is not much sunlight? If you have had sucess can you tell me where you got your light and what kind of light you got? My partner has SAD and depression...it's a tough combination. Thanks
My thinking is that the best light for the money is made by Northern Light Technologies, and it's called the Sadelite.
The light makes a significant difference for me, but it works best as a prophylactic rather than as a treatment.....in other words, if I use it starting in September, I get better results than if I wait until the symptoms are strong in November. That's how it is for me, anyway.
