A cell signal is terminated and calcium mobilisation stoped by two ways.An inositol mono phoshate enzyme breaks down IP3 and turns it back into inositol.Next IP3 is turned into IP4 .IP4 must play a big role in controling calcium influx. No one seems to get this.I have tried to get several researchers to look at IP4 but no dice.If the enzyme is overactive and destroying IP3 then how does that cause calcium disregulation as that would stop the calcium influx. However that would also cause an IP4 shortage.IP4 must be needed to restore calcium homestasis. This worth a NOBEL PRIZE!No scientist seems to get this!
