In addition, I take a multivatamin, 30 mg Zn, 200 mcg Se, 200 mg Mg, a B-50 complex, and am starting to add Ca. I feel like a walking pharmacy.

Fish oil will probably help dampen the intensity of the hyper symptoms, as will phophatidylserine and lecithin granules. These both take longer to act than the first set (usually).
I notice no antioxidants in your list. Vitamin E, C, and alphalipoic acid may help with the headaches, too.

P.S. I firmly believe that supplements do better in my body than in the bottle. I got over the "pill-popper" label when I started feeling better.
