> Lar,
> I recently ordered some tryptophan (from the link you posted)......I was feeling like crap at the time and really wanted to try some tryptophan.....but it took a while to arrive and I couldn't stand feeling that crummy any longer...so, while waiting, I restarted my Lexapro......right now I'm taking 30 mg Remeron plus 5 mg of Lexapro.......so, can I still take ANY of the tryptophan? Even just a very small amount (maybe for sleep)? Or would that be too risky to chance? Thanks! You can go ahead and try some. Start at two grams before sleep, and add 1 gram a week, as tolerated. Just keep in mind the symptoms of serotonin syndrome, as we discussed before.
