Hi Jon,

> Has anyone used any old L-Theanine and gotten good results?

I take 200 mg of L-theanine (usually added to a cup of hot tea) to reduce my irritability. I bought the brand Solaray solely because that is what the local nutritional store sells. It works fairly well and the positive effects last about 3-4 hours. Like most supplements, however, I suspect that it might lose its effectiveness if I were to use it too frequently. Therefore, I use it on an "as needed" basis only.

Jon, how were you able to display the trademark symbol in your message? Do you use a Mac or a PC?
