I was thinking that my best contribution here could be to remain silent.
It is difficult to know what or how to say anything without causing further offence or upping the ante.
Sometimes, it is true, people can be delighted to be attacked if it puts them in a better moral position.
I just think the way we often/sometimes (choose the one you like most) treat each other is really regrettable. But I know you to be a kind person.
It's pretty hard to be coherent and I should spend more time in the garden.
