Well, the rule states that no more than 3 {follow -ups}.
A follow -up and a {meltdown series of posts} IMO are not the same. Niether do I think that an error would be a {follow-up} or a misplaced post that was intended for another thread or a correction to a follow-up or a post separated by a day. In fact, Dr. Hsiung has written that an error or correction would not be counted.
I think that the intent of the rule is to have one wait for some other members to post after the 3 consecutive posts as I read the rule. So in the {meltdown} , I think that he means that there is not a reason to wait for another to post because, well, it is a meltdown and an obvious situation for someone to have the liberty to post untill the meltdown is over for psychological and emotional reasons, IMO
