In NO way can I give an official answer but I have learned that here in Babbleland, there's ALOT to the WORDING of opinions and thoughts in posts..... with ALMOST more emphasis on *how* it's said than *what* is said. I have seen some pretty offending opinions that when worded as "IMO" weren't addressed as being a blip to the rules. So, I think when one words a post in such a way that is stated as their opinion as opposed to a general "true-ism", it can make all the difference. There are exceptions, but that's what I've seen.

I term it wordsmithing and Babblespeak....
