Lou's request to Dr. Hsiung-persnatk

Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you write a list of criteria that determines if a personal attack against another person by either one person or a group of posters is being done.
I am suggesting that you write what could be your thinking for a "test" to make that determination. I base this on that if test is written in the FAQ for determining what is a personal attack against another poster, either by a single person or more than one poster, that this could improve the forum.
