I'm not at all sure as to what is the goal of Dr. Bob. That's why I asked. His answer might make it easier to understand his actions. Perhaps safety is served well by the policies practiced here, but that doesn't require that it be the primary goal. Perhaps there are multiple goals. I would like to know what they are. My guess is that there are people who feel *less* safe with the implementation of the civility rules as it now exists.
