Dr. Bob, what do I do if I forgot my password?

My computer died a few weeks ago and it appeared I lost everything...then a week later it all reappeared....but during that week of woe I found out I lost my password and couldn't post. I e-mailed you and asked for help but by then my computer was on the road to recovery. So I am back on with the same old cookies etc but I have no clue what my password is or how to get onto the board to post if this happens again. So where do I find my codes to reinstate myself if I need it?
