Interesting that a chimpanalyst would want to know at all. I am assuming that you are his only client that communicates to humans, and, secretly, I believe you to be a human in a chimp suit.
However, as you said, curious is a good way to be, keeps one active, but sometimes annoying, as well. Not that you are annoying, of course, just that curious people--kids, for example--pulling on your shirt all the time for attention or answers to unanswerable questions, can be very annoying. Just the physicality of it, if nothing else.
If one poster murdered another, which is a grisly and most distressing thought, I would hope they would be banned from the Babbles for life. Things are, above all else, I believe, handled on a case-by-case basis. So far, the Babbles do not resemble a rigid, rule-bound, strict, over-regulated place to be (like some government agencies in the U.S., for example, where 50-cents over the limit means you don't get medical help or food stamps), at least imho.
