Home experimenting -- would a consumer TENS or EMS or sex eStim unit be usable to try to reproduce this effect? I have several of these lying around gathering dust. Any safety concerns with these?
I have long term MDD mixed with anxiety, not bad at present, but anhedonia, lack of motivation and other dopamine related dysfunctionality have played hell with my life routine lately. I'll post separately about medication issues.
