Sounds like Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD), even though mirtazapine (Remeron) isn't an SSRI. It's been less than four months since you stopped taking it, so your libido could still rebound over time.

I took mirtazapine for six months over 20 years ago, and my libido hasn't been the same since then. Drugs that enhance dopamine have been very helpful for my libido. Unfortunately, drugs that enhance dopamine tend to be stimulating, and I tolerate stimulants poorly. Lately I've read that the SSRI vortioxetine (Trintellix) might be an effective treatment for PSSD.
