Linkadge...Details of your PEA?

Hi Linkadge:

I was wondering what your dose of PEA is.how often do you dose it...can I ask where you get it from?
iHerb.com sells them for a bottle of sixty, at 600mg's, for about 22 dollars Canadian. Is there an extended release formula available? I am thinking of giving it a try.
