Semaglutide for weight gain

A new med that can help lower weight gain associated with psychiatric drugs i think. I wonder if i can combine it with Metformin without going to hypoglycemia?

Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
8333 IU Vitamin D3
Orthomolecular
