Mostly stop further weigh gain. But my antipsychotics dosage is very high.

I am losing weight right now. I dont think this would be possible without Metformin.

Seroquel 1000mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D winter
3.000 IU Vitamin D summer
