If you cant or dont want to ditch Seroquel, try Metformin against weight gain. It works for me. Very well.

schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
Trazodone 50mg
Lithium orotate 360mg
Metformin 2000mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D during winter
