I want to give you an advice.
How does it work in germany, do you get medicines for free as in sweden, and is it the same praxis in the whole country, like is it the same indications for schizophrenia all around the country?
As an example.Because in sweden, 75mg wellbutrin isn't doable as the law says you have to at least give 150, but the recommendation is 300mg in the morning.
I think it is a good antidepressant but very adrenergic and you might be a little cautious as it can cause panic attacks in those who suffer from hyperarousal..Have you tried a high dose of amitriptyline?
I can't tolerate most of the antidepressants but in my deepest depression it is the only thing that have worked for me.
I was prescribed 300mg per day a/ 75+75+75+75 and it was a life saver.yeah, it has some nasty anticholinergic side effects, but if the depression is very crippling, maybe it can be worth it.
Under 300mg did not work for me.just a tip as i don't want you to suffer.
