I get paranoid in the evenings a lot

My AP regimen is:
Zyprexa 5 - 0 - 7.5 -0
Seroquel 0 - 0 - 0 - 500
Seroquel ER 0 - 0 - 100- 0
What should i change? I usually get paranoid at around 5-6 pm and it stops after i take my nighttime dose of Seroquel.
Take some Seroquel ER at noon?
schizo-affective, type depressive
Seroquel 600mg
Zyprexa 12.5mg
75mg Effexor
Lithium orotate 360mg
Metformin 2000mg
5.000 IU Vitamin D during winter
