Mild success on Paxil CR. Augmentation strats?

Posted by BusuB on February 9, 2016, at 9:10:27

Hi all, so I've settled on a 50mg dose of Paxil CR and while it's controlling the worst of bad days (anxiety and depression) I still seem to get the occasional bad day of anxiety where I just feel restless all day and on the down side. Also I think it may be causing me to feel like I'm living with a low grade flu (body aches, fatigue, nausea). Although I have a toddler in the home and tis the season. I was just wondering what would be a good adjunct considering I deal with both anxiety and depression.

I have tried buspar and that didn't do anything, and liothyronine just made me feel nervous. Would Abilify be a good adjunct?
