folic acid v.s l-methyfolate

Posted by rjlockhart37 on December 16, 2015, at 0:50:03

i did some research on these 2, folic acid ia b vitimin and helps with certain nuerotransmitter production but i read that l-methyfolate is the active and more to produce an enhancement of serotonin and dopamine production

i'm on deplin right now 15mg, and started folic acid just as a try.......

anyone know of any diffrence? because folic acid is l-methyfolate but it's like some kind of active form that directly goes into the brain, folic acid takes time and sometimes the nuerotransmitter production is not as direct as deplin

i've been researching it, and yea the only thng i found is methylfolate is the active and more direct form......

any thoughts?
