Hello, Lamdage.

Diagnosis: schizo-affective, type depressive
Your current regime:
Seroquel 700mg
Zyprexa 12.5mgThese drugs suck when it comes to weight gain and diabetes. How did you discover that you absolutely need both of them? I would consider dropping one or both of them and trying Saphris (asenapine). It shouldn't increase anxiety or produce akathisia.
Effexor 75 mgYou might get hostile from serotonin reuptake inhibitors. If this is true, you would have to discontinue the Effexor. I wouldn't do that right away, though. I would push the dosage gradually to 300 mg/day. 75 mg/day is *usually* far too little. Try it now and get it over with.
Metformin 2000mgIf you switch to Saphris, you would not need metformin. Metformin is not without side effects, as I'm sure you are aware. Besides, I think it tends to lose its effects over time.
Buspar 5mgIf this drug is not having the desired effect, discontinue it.
Lithium orotate 360mgI would try lithium carbonate 300 mg/day for 1 - 2 weeks with the option to increase the dosage. If you don't like it, you can always switch back. Lithium carbonate is well studied and has been proven effective since 1947. The 300 mg/day is primarily for depression. Higher dosages are used for bipolar disorder *and* schizophrenia.
Some Vitamin DThis is barely worth taking unless you go with 50,000 IU.
Are you pissed off yet?
