Hi Scott,
Long ago when I was taking desip and it was not giving me insomnia, I believe my dose was about 25mg. Longest I've ever taken it was about 3 months. Big time gaps between when I've used it and not. It's the only thing that seems to help my ADD, though.
after the insomnia started, I played around with the dose, from 10mg-75mg.
Currently, I've been taking 10mg for a couple of days now.
