What dose are you taking? I tried it at 20 mg and noticed something but it wasn't enough and we didn't try going any higher. Afterwards, I learned that with a clean EKG and in cases of OCD, we could have gone as high as 50 mg. Perhaps that's something to think about in the future. I'm presently trying clomipramine and it's the most sedating med I've ever touched. I hope that changes once the therapeutic effect kicks in.
