Pain Med Nacynta + low dose SSRI Will it cause Ser

Having some outpatient surgery the surgeon prescribed this new pain med that is less addictive than opiods and causes less constipation. Called Nacynta. I wrote this to a friend and he said I can get Serotonin Syndrome with it as take 25mg of luvox & 2.5mg of Lexapro. Do you feel I'm safe? As am now 67. What I was thinking was a good thing now I'm afraid. Please respond. Sincerest of thanks. Phillipa
