ugh...go to sleep already!

its 2:45 am and i CANT get to sleep!!
i'm out of state training to learn some new equipment and i cant get to frickin sleep! all day training tomorrow, startig at 8:00.
how the heck am i going to function tomorrow! i'm not 20 anymore.
ugh.
well, i guess ill get some more herbal tea and lay down and stare at the ceiling...
man if i would have been thinking i would have taken xanax or something earlier tonight!
