Oh yeah, been there, done that... too many times.
I know that it's not going to help right now, but "this too shall pass". It's the nature of the "beast", just the ups & downs of life; only somehow, some of us get the LHC-size swings. Lucky us, huh?
If you are stabilized on your meds, nothing much to do but ride it out. I find solace in the familiar:
1) comfort foods (gotta keep eating - chicken noodle soup, salad out of the bag, hot chocolate, etc.)
2) minimal stimulation, but still some. Schmaltzy children's shows like Spongebob, or for me, I had bootleg Bat Fink & The Munsters on VHS that I would watch & rematch... endlessly. I guess that it is some stimulation without mental exertion.
3) Lastly, loose fitting clothes & a favourite blanket to wrap (hide?) in. Do remember to bathe or shower every few days, & change clothes; someone may come over. You just have to ride out the ebb, there is always an upswing. At the time it just doesn't feel like it.
Hang in there, dude.
