SAD

Does anyone here suffer from SAD (on top of all the other diagnoses)?
I can't handle daylight savings--I get a sinking pit in my stomach when it gets dark early. I'm also in such a funk right now, this just adds insult to injury.
I'm not a fan of APs, but my pdoc phoned in five days of Zyprexa until I see him. I feel awful and my prn Valium isn't doing much for my anxiety. I know Zyprexa works fast, so I figured I'd take it for a few days to just get by.
Does anyone else suffer from SAD? Or use Zyprexa in an emergency situation? My pdoc gave me 5 mg--how soon will it help?
