If you're going to do it, I'd go for nortriptyline or desipramine (nortriptyline probably has the edge so far as efficiency goes, where as desipramine probably has the edge re side effects), and I'd ask your doc for a script for Florinef - it can be very helpful in controling the low blood pressure/postural hepertension thing.
You have a disease that can threaten your wellbeing and even your life - its worth pushing the envelope to achive remission, dont give up
