Hard time of year

Its a hard time of year for me. Very intense emotions - like all the things that have been supressed during the winter force themselves to the surface.
I feel young and incredably old at the same time. The line between life and death is blurred. Hard to process.
No meds. I could use something, but I've been there before - too many times.
Maybe I should move somewhere with more consistent seasonal weather.
