Being bipolar II, I've noticed that almost all of my moods don't even show up until after lunch. I'll have a fine morning, then a manic/irritable/impulsive afternoon and evening. In me they've said it's cause I rapid-cycle, but I can't help but think the next day "wow what was going on with me last night!" so you're not alone in that.
