I am sorry to hear of this.My mother has spinal stenosis,and had to go thru physical therapy.she also got some kind of injection into her spine,had to be sedated-that injection worked for awhile.She may be getting another one if it gets too bad.She also swears by tumeric(spice).Sprinkles it on alot of her food,says it helps her pain.I hope you can find something to work for you.I did think exercise would help.What were the therapist's suggestions,other than going to neurosurgeon?
