Thanks. I will cut the pill in two and take 2 times. I tried it at night and it is almost the same.I am not happy with escitalopram, it makes tinnitus worse, and lethargy. It prevents stress it seems.
Which AD do you prefer? For me:
fluoxetine: tinnitus
agomelatine: nightmares, irritable
escitalopram: sleepy, tinnitus
I tried more but for little time.
